About

low-resI’ve been taking pictures semi-seriously for about 30 years and always loved seeing my pictures displayed well (that used to mean blown up and matted). So, I was inspired by the Boston Globe’s Big Picture blog because it did for the digital age what mat-boards and frames did for the print era (not that it isn’t still important to enlarge and hang up your best pictures for continued inspiration and self critique.)

So, when she was done creating my business Web site, I showed the Big Picture site to Pnts and asked if she could help me turn one of her themes into a similar blog.  During the development process we realized how many other people might enjoy using the Zack 990 theme so we decided to release it publicly.

I hope to post my favorite old photos here then any new ones I think might have potential.
